The best moments aren’t staged—they’re felt.

About Tim

When I first began photographing weddings, I quickly realized that great images have very little to do with equipment—and everything to do with presence.

The most meaningful photographs happen when people feel at ease—immersed in the moment rather than performing for the camera.

I pay close attention to the in-between moments: subtle gestures, quiet exchanges, the parts of a day that often go unnoticed but carry the most weight.

I’m drawn to honest emotion and the natural rhythm of a wedding day as it unfolds.

Rather than forcing moments,
I create space for them to happen.

The results are photos that feel lived-in, intentional, and unmistakably yours.

A little more about me

I’m based in Chicago’s Logan Square neighborhood, where I live with my wife and our dog. Outside of weddings, you’ll usually find me working out, tending to my ever-growing collection of houseplants, or traveling for live music—the things that keep me grounded and inspired.

If this feels like a good fit, I’d love to hear your plans.
