Lauren and Brian had their elegant Chicago wedding in the fall and the weather was just perfect. It was one of the those unseasonably warm days in October. The day began with the bride and bridesmaids getting ready at the Walden in the West Loop. This venue was a dream to work in. From the rooftop with great skyline views to the ample windows in the ceremony location, this place just made my job easy. As did the laidback nature of the couple and their friends in the wedding party. We headed to Humbolt Park for portraits. Thankfully the garden was still in bloom and we got to utilize incredible autumn colors. We headed back the Walden for the ceremony and reception where there was no shortage of smiles and happiness to capture. An all around perfect day, for two awesome people. So grateful to play a small role in it.
